What about communication situations?

If we play combining the basic graphs shown before we can propose 8 basic communication situations.

The 8 situations differ from each other on their purpose, thus:

· incommunication is for not communicating
· abuse is for communicating at a level the other can not handle
· monologue is for communicating one way at a level the other can handle
· dialogue is for communicating two ways at a level the other can handle
· surrender is existing for other to communicate
· immolation is stop existing for other to communicate
· service is for communicating on behalf of other
· education is for helping other to grow

Please note that situations 5, 6, 7 and 8 are based on a dialogue.

3 logical states for each dimension

If we propose that each human dimension has three stable logical states:
  • 0 or idle
  • 1 or involutionary
  • 2 or evolutionary
These stable logical states are identified on the figure below.

If out of the 81 theoretically possible logical combinations, we disregard the 78 unstable combinations, we end up with only the 3 stable combinations shown on the same figure below.

Can we formulate?
Combination 0000 (0 on figure above) as idling?
Combination 1111 (1 on figure above) as involution?
Combination 2222 (2 on figure above) as evolution?

A recent practical application of the above came up, while trying to think, understand and explain the following apparently paradoxical statement:

“Institutions will try to preserve the problem to which they are the solution.”
Can we say that?:

Economical Institutions in general, and States in particular, that supposedly Push Society towards the Good of All, in practice, they pull her towards the good of a few?

Political Institutions in general, and Governments in particular, that supposedly Drive Society towards the Good of All, in practice, they drive her towards the good of a few?

Social Institutions in general, and Social (and Religious) Groups in particular, that supposedly Drive Society towards the Good of All, in practice, they drive her towards the good of a few?

Cultural Institutions in general, and the People (All Us) in particular, that supposedly Pull Society towards the Good of All, in practice, they push her towards the good of a few?

Then, that would be my 4D confirmation of such paradoxical statement....

If spoken words are colorful, why do we write them in B&W?

Under constant construction, review and translation, please refer to http://pensamientomodelico.blogspot.cl/2010/04/si-las-palabras-habladas-tienen-colores_18.html

One day, after finding many color words I decided to collect them on a rainbow dictionary. Actually, instead of the composed words rainbow, arco iris or arc en ciel I always used the word relmu[1] for both the dictionary and the whole color model. This because relmu to me seemed to be the name of a being, and not just a description of an atmospheric phenomenon.

Today, I call this collection of color words a Table rof Perpectives and View Points of our Humanity.

Are you ready to accept that the Higher is your View Point, the further right on the table it is for that particular Perspective?

Are you ready to Accept for instance that the Cultural View Point is a Higher View Point than the Social, the Political and Economical ones?
Or else that the Economical View Point is the Lowest View Point of Society?

Have you ever thought:?

  • That we evolve from Body, to Mind, to Heart and to Spirit (see line 2)
  • That we evolve from Cratocratic States to Technocratic Governments, to Fylicratic Social Groups, to Laocratic People? (see lines 8 and 3)?
  • That our Talent evolves from  Extractive (Know How Much and Know Where), to Productive (Know How and Know When), to Creative (Know Who and Know What), to Speculative (Know Why and Know For What)? (see line 9)
  • That to Succeed we need a Blow to Go, Know and Show? (see line 59)
  • How absurd seems the fashionable practice of human enterprises to publicize their Vision and Mission but privatize their Plans and Objectives? (see line 60)
[1] Relmu is the word for rainbow in mapudungun, the tongue of the Mapuche, the main Chilean originary People.

Have you ever thought:?

  • Why do we seem to whisper when we ask our basic questions?: How Much?, Where?, How?, When?, Who?, What?, For What? And Why? (see lines 25 and 26)
  • That the only time to be is the present? and All Us get there by natural evolution from the past (or the time of possessing), the future (the time of doing) and eternity (the time of feeling)? (see line 31)
  • That there appear to be eight (8) Communication Situations? (see lines 37 to 44 and separate section on this Manifesto)
  • That All Us evolve in Motivation from Competition, to Imitation, to Adoration, to Emulation? (see line 48)

Have you ever thought:?

  • How wise was JFK’s statement that “The mere absence of war is not Peace”? (see line 52)
  • That the natural evolution of IT beyond Hardware and Software is Gentleware (Social Computing?) and Humaneware? (see line 58)
  • That to Succeed we need a Blow to Go, Know and Show? (see line 59)
  • How absurd seems the fashionable practice of human enterprises to publicize their Vision and Mission but privatize their Plans and Objectives? (see line 60)
  • That in order to reach our Destiny and Become Who We Are, we need the Gift of Life, to Find Truth and to Follow the Path? (see line 61)

Have you ever thought that the Market (see line 70) could be one of the few 4 dimensional words, and not just economical as we are lead to believe?

This is easy to understand and explain if we accept first that the Market is a place of encounter and interchange of Power, Knowledge, Inspiration and Wisdom of Real 4D Human Beings.

Lines 71 and 72 came up while trying to “set free
[1]” this Manifesto.

Line 72 came up when thinking of the implications of my first Vook.

Could it be that in spite of the disturbance caused by books and vooks, even today, Masters only need Hooks and Guides only need Looks?

Lines 73 and 74 came up while thinking about education.

Believe it or not, line 75 came up while trying to understand the difference between a crowd and a tribe. The other two words or dimensions (party and people) came up naturally.

[1] Artists, and All Us are, never really finísh their “master pieces”, instead they set them free. A blog Manifesto on the other hand will always be a construction site....

Are All Us human beings a life long marriage of a warm person and a cold individual?

Could we color the milenary black and white Yin yang without been accused of heresy?
Since this Manifesto has already exceded its 4,000 words limit, you will have to do some half thinking of your own to understand its connections.
This will be your homework for today....

Notes:1. “My” basic and application models are clearly not mine but are just a natural result of my own learning process, acting, thinking, praying and meditating, and therefore are subject to changes to suit your own process.
2. If you find that your models are simpler and more coherent than the ones I am trying to show and half explain to you, please try them out to half think the few half thoughts that I have half thought for you throughout this Manifesto.
3. If you come up with more models such as the ones I have presented, please share them with me by showing and half explaining them as I have done.
4. The meaning or sense of the different words also reflect my own understanding, interpretation and some times choice.
5. I tried to use words in current use and avoid inventing new ones.
6. At the end of the table of Perspectives and View Points, I have purposely left some blank lines for your own personal use, just in case you like this Model Thinking Manifesto, and, while doing some model thinking on your own, you discover some new “relmu words”, single or multicolor, or you run out of them....
7. My invitation is not to use model thinking to think anything new, but as required, to think human issues all over again....

ideal organization chart of a human organization

  • Have you ever thought about the 6 Basic Roles of the high direction of a human organization?
Are you ready to accept?. that:
  • The Red Clients (External Kings of Cups) and their Needs and Inspiration have Role 1?
  • The Red Directors (Internal Kings of Cups) that Feel and Respond to the Client's Needs and Inspiration have Role 2?
  • The Golden Counselors (Kings of Gold) and their Wisdom have Role 3?
  • The Green Coordinator (King of Clubs) and his (her) Institutional Knowledge has Role 4?
  • The Blue Project Managers (Kings of Spades) and their Institutional Power have Role 5?
  • The Blue Administration (Horse of Spades) and it's Departamental Power have Role 6?

Have you ever thought why?:
  • Current directors are blue (or black) because they report to the blue (or black) share holders and have no contact or accountability to the Clients?

  • Organizations despise their own Wise and Wisdom?
  • The Coordinator Role is taken over by an all powerful blue (or black) general managers that report to the board of directors and thus Institutional Knowledge is dispersed into multiple holders of Departamental Knowledge?
  • Project Managers are not Empowered when they report to the holder of Institutional Power and not to the unexistent Holder of Institutional Knowledge (Coordinator)?

If you have thought about all this or even more, what are waiting to Take Some Actions and Do something about it, in your own Organization?

relmuche's tale on books, vooks, hooks, looks, and lures

Our first creative and speculative thinking ancestors, were suposedly expelled from paradise, by an angel armed with a spade of fire, precisely because of their stubborness and eagerness of knowing, thinking, understanding, and explaining all and good.

Ever since that day, all us the fallen ones, have been getting better and better at doing just the same, and at making a hell out of our supposed heaven on Earth.

After the fall, and for a long while, power, knowledge, inspiration and wisdom were communicated rally from person to person and from generation to generation, and that, without a doubt made this world a nicer place for all who lived, enjoyed, rejoiced, suffered and died on the planet.

Life was probably simpler and there was not much need or use for qualified or self appointed trainers and instructors.

By then, fair competition and imitation were sufficient.

At the same time, the masters used their hook and captivation to transmit and reveal inspiration to their disciples, and the guides used their look and ascending to demonstrate and teach wisdom to their scouts.

One day, probably a merchant, invented symbols to represent, write and record numbers and fígures for accounting purposes.

Not long after, and this time probably a priest, invented symbols and letters to represent words or even whole ideas and started writing for recording and communication secret knowledge. The first ones that showed any interest and saw some use for this new technology, were probably the merchants. That was the origin of association between merchants and priests, a very powerful association that has survived the passing of time as the most successful known human association.

Another day, some other creative decided that encrypting and scrolling was out of fashion, and so decided to write, or better perhaps assemble, the first book. Since it was the first book ever, it had to contain illustrated stories, discourses and explanations, tales and inspired hooks, and wise sermons and looks.

Since the priest-hour labor cost has always been rather expensive, those finely crafted and illustrated first books never made it to the still nonexistent local book stores, never mind Amazon or Barns and Noble and gathered dust in palaces and now can be found in museums, half moth-eaten and completely fire and burglar protected.

Therefore, the common people that couldn't care less about reading and writing anyway, kept on the oral tradition, long after books were invented and in use.

However, another day a very smart guy invented the printing press and....well, the rest is another successful human industry that you can probably read about in history books.

The natural consequence of the massive adoption of the revolutionary new technology, is that nowadays, every thinking person seems to want to write at least one book or vook about any imaginable subject.

First class educators and even some live masters and guides seem to feel also obliged to write books, vooks or at least papers about their hooks and looks. Publish or die (meaning starve to death?), also applies to them?

The moral of this tale is that, if you ever need but can not find a trainer, instructor, master or guide, and, as the best alternative you decide to find a self help book or vook by yourself, be careful that it simply shows and explains how and when to do what you need to do, and also, but without any thought or explanation it transmits hooks and inspiration and demonstrate looks and wisdom from the author.

Any other book or vook, instead of helping you, may lure you away from yourself, at least for a while....

The coming melt-down in higher education (as seen by a "model thinker")

Complementing: The coming melt-down in higher education (as seen by a marketer)

Unless Education is Wise, and therefore Evolutionary, it will always be "involutionary" and the status-quo will just get more powerful....

After our exposure to the Power of Trainers and the Knowledge of Instructors, we Need to be exposed to the Inspiration of Masters and the Wisdom of Guides....

In the meantime, academic degrees will just mean:
"BS = bull shit
MS = more of the same
PhD = piled higher and deeper"
"Wise ex boss of mine"
